Juhani Vuorisalo is a colorist based in Helsinki, Finland. With a vast knowledge in both the artistic and the technical aspects of his craft – Juhani is able to create magnificent images with efficiency and consistency. His passion for imagery also extends beyond his own work. As an avid cinephile, Juhani loves watching and discussing cinema both old and new.

Juhani graduated from Tampere University of Applied Sciences (formerly known as TTVO), where he studied media, film and television and specialized in cinematography and lighting.

Working for two years as a colorist at Yleisradio as well as doing freelance work on the side – Juhani has gathered extensive experience in color grading large scale TV productions such as MasterChef and Stop Nyqvist (Pysäyttäkää Nyqvist). He now works full-time as a colorist at Grade One.

Juhani is available for remote color grading work worldwide.
